road trip!

tonight we head up to San Francisco for our good friend Matt's graduation. Alexander is very excited, if a bit perplexed at LA traffic!

wine tasting is tiring!

This past weekend we all went up to Paso Robles where Alex's abuelitos were staying with the Chinook. While we went to a fantastic tasting at the Hospice du Rhône, Alexander got to hang out with his abuelitos.

The next day we did some more tasting trying a few great new places, and as Alexander found out, wine tasting is an exhausting task!

tummy time!!

it's a new day and AAA appears to have bounced back from his bout with the oatmeal last night. he's playing tummy time with Dad here. smiley boy is back!

tummy trouble

poor lil boy had his first tummy trouble last night when he vomited the oatmeal we'd fed him earlier in the evening. here he was sleeping in my arms after throwing up intermittently for a couple hours.

In bloom

A last minute day trip to see the flowers in full bloom in Carlsbad was a wonderful outing for such a beautiful spring day! As you can see, AAA could hardly stand it.
